​How Do I Place An Order?
You can do it on the internet. It’s fast and safe.
Or you can do it by phone. Just please make sure you have all the item information and your credit card information.

Credit and Debit Cards are accepted, including Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express

Can I Cancel My Order?
​
After an order is made and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. Refund options are available.

How Do I Know My Order Was Received?
​
An email will be sent upon receipt of your order. A second email will be sent when your order is processed and shipped including shipping information.

How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

Normal processing of an item in stock would be within the week received. You will receive a email when they are shipped with the tracking information. If you need something quick for a birthday or anniversary, please let me know deadline and I will do my best. Please keep in mind that you are supporting a single owner/operator small business and short delays occasionally occur.

What Is Your Return Policy?
​
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I will be happy to do a refund on any unworn goods within 14 days from the day the order is received. The item to be returned must be in the same condition as received with its original packaging /box. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer wishing to return the item and shipping insurance must be included to cover the full value of the item.
How Do I Choose a Size?

I can provide a chart with sizes and suggestions on how to know your size and which piece will fit.
In my descriptions I am as accurate as possible as to size of piece, weight if applicable, length of chains. photos as to color and small details.
You don’t have a salesman to ask questions but better yet, you have the designer and maker herself. So, before you make the purchase, please read the entire item description and view all photos regarding size, color and stone care. And absolutely if you have further questions please ask.
I will do my best to assist you in choosing the correct size, however, please keep in mind that there are limitations to this process online.

Shopping Pros and Cons?

Pros. You can shop from the comfort of your home, no crowds.
If you know the artist, then you have a front row seat to her pieces and one place to buy them. Not wondering which store carries her special one of kinds.
I try to do videos of each piece fronts backs, trying them on so you are almost there in person. And if I don’t have a video, you may ask personally for one.
Finally, if you have met me in person or feel like you know me from a video you know I am the one to have personally designed and handcrafted your special piece
Cons. Well I have tried to cross out any cons but unfortunately just can’t cancel them all.
So, I do my best to make the cons less.
